Popularly known as soft nougat and adjacent hard nougat or Alicante are the classic tandem of nougat. Its mass of smooth, creamy texture contains small pieces of crushed almond. Gets the name of the town of Jijona, where this variety is made using the same recipe since the 16th century.
Ingredients: Marcona almonds toasted and crushed the best quality, honey, sugar and egg albumin. Made by hand the property using only natural products without additives, preservatives or dyes.
Nougat comes wrapped in cellophane packaging and transparent vacuum bag. In four sizes, 500 g, 300 g, 150 g and 50 g.
